Leaf design

The door leaf has been constructed from the galvanized steel sheet with thickness 0,5 mm to 0,6 mm. It is finished with the PVC coat with the original texture of timber or varnished. The leaf interior has been filled with the insulation material. The bottom part of the leaf has been terminated with the metal profile, which allows matching the length of the leaf through trimming down to 160 mm (on one’s own).

Ironmongery

The leafs in the timber-like veneer as a standard are equipped with:
1. two flush-mounted locks
- bottom (spacing 72)
- top, three locking bolts
2. cap-screwed three hinges
3. three balance hold bolts
4. change to the leaf termination depending on application (DPWZ exterior leaf)

Burglar-proof door - "HETMAN"

Hetman steel, burglarproof door finds its application in the multi and single-family residential buildings. The door leaf is constructed from composite galvanized sheet with timber texture and foamed polystyrene fill. Special shape sections constitute the reinforcement of the leaf. As a standard, the door is equipped with three locks: principal lock with 5 movable locking bolts - holds class 5 certificate, top lock with 3 locking bolts - class 7 certificate and extra lock, also holding three locking bolts - with class 7 certificate. The door is equipped with the burglarproof rosette in ENV class 4, bottom cartridge certified for class B, top cartridge with class B knob, three balance hold bolts and door frames in the colour of door leaf. The door is offered in the smooth finish and extruded version with the colours of golden oak, mahogany, calvados, nut, Chestnut and rustic oak. RAL colours may also be used following arrangement.
