Our Company, STOLLAR WINDOW SYSTEMS, has been active on the Polish market since the year 2000.

From the very beginning, it has been our aim to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.

We aim to supply products which meet the highest standards of quality ad also the individual expectations of each of our customers. A home is an important place in our lives. It’s the place where we spend the majority of our free time, relaxing in the peace and quite of a well lit and pleasant interior. Our technology

We specialise in the production of windows and doors made from PVC, aluminium and wood. The quality of our products is guaranteed by the European Conformity Mark CE, and by the Quality Certificates obtained by our suppliers of profiles, panes and hardware.

Technology /

PVC Windows

The technology of pressing profiles form hard PVC has been developing for 30 years and continues to do so up to today. Polyvinyl chloride is an exceptionally long-lasting and age-resistant material. Thanks to this, windows made from PVC last for years without fail.

PVC is a material which is resistant to mechanical abrasion and the effects of the weather, such as rain, frost, wind, UV rays and changes in temperature. In addition, it has good thermal insulation properties and ensures optimal noise reduction. With the passing of time, the windows do not change their shape or colour, and care and cleaning are a breeze.

Thanks to the possibility of making a PVC profile in practically any shape, windows can easily be made to fit into both modern and traditional architecture. In 2007, STOLLAR purchased a state-of-the-art and fully automated production line which guarantees the highest quality PVC windows.

Wooden doors and windows

Windows and doors produced by STOLLAR are made from the best quality pine, oak and exotic Meranti mahogany wood. The production process of wooden profiles requires very careful preparation of the materials, which must be dried thoroughly.

The complete automatisation of this process is a guarantee that it is carried out correctly. The lamination of the wooden profiles – which are no longer made from solid pieces of wood – completely eliminates the problem of deformation of the window. The tripple laminated structure of the profiles significantly improves its technical parameters in comparison with solid wood.

Wooden profiles are subject to the changing influence of the atmosphere, such as moisture or the force of the wind, and so these parameters are crucial to its durability. A process of impregnation and a lacquer coating comprising a base coat, a subcoat, intermediate and final coat give the windows durability. To meet the expectations of the market, STOLLAR has invested in the most modern painting and drying facility for windows in Europe.

Aluminium Windows

Aluminium is a material which is not dense, has good mechanical properties and is resistant to corrosion. In its pure form it is brittle and fragile, but in various alloys it becomes more durable. More than 25% of the production of this metal goes into the construction industry.

During the pressing process, window frames, doors, prefabricated construction elements and others are created. The systems made in this way allow complex aluminium-glass structures to be designed, and the popularity of these structures is continually increasing in the industry.
